Pascal Laprise-Demers

Pascal Laprise-Demers is Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Performance at Boralex. This position, created in 2022, aims to increase the velocity of execution of the business strategy and ensure strong consistency for Boralex in a context of regionalization of its business model. This new position will also be dedicated to managing Boralex’s overall performance.

Pascal Laprise-Demers joined Boralex in January 2021 as Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer, a position in which he led the development of the company’s strategy and coordinated its execution, in addition to supporting the company’s day-to-day priorities and leading specific special projects for the management team, including the development of the 2025 Strategic Plan. He quickly stood out for his strong analytical and strategic skills, his problem-solving aptitude and his ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.

Pascal is an industrial engineer who graduated from Polytechnique Montréal. Passionate about energy, he spent 6 years at McKinsey, a leading strategy consulting firm, where he assisted several key players in the energy industry.
