Pascal Hurtubise

Pascal Hurtubise is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. He is responsible for Boralex’s corporate governance and supervises the team in charge of all legal aspects related to the company’s transactions, development and operation of assets. He is part of the management team of the Company.

Mr. Hurtubise has held this position since 2017, after having risen through the ranks at Boralex since his arrival in 2005. He leads a team of 15 people located both in North America and France and actively participates in promoting a stimulating and inclusive workplace.

His colleagues recognize his judgment, his passion, his work dedication and his deep commitment to his business partners and his collaborators.

Before joining Boralex, Mr. Hurtubise practiced business law at Stikeman Elliott mainly in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities. He holds a law degree from the University of Montreal with honours.

Mr. Hurtubise won the Prix du Conseiller juridique d’Avenir at the 2012 Prix des Conseillers Juridiques du Québec, after being a finalist for the same award in the previous edition in 2010.
