Marie-Josée Arsenault

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Marie-Josée Arsenault joined Boralex in 2015 after 20 years of service at Cascades. She held the position of Corporate Director, Human Resources at the time of her appointment and had developed extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Her vision, leadership and expertise for coordinating teams have been instrumental in achieving Boralex’s employer brand. In the role of Vice President, Talent and Culture, Marie-Josée will be responsible for continuing to drive the company’s transformation toward a talent-based model, focused on our vital workforce.
